To begin the process you must review our policies. For a copy of policies and practices please email aolivia.oliveira@gmail.com.

If after reading our policies, you are still interested in working with Adrienne, a free 30 minute consultation will be scheduled to review your case and understand your needs.  An in-take form will be sent you via email.

Next, the service contract needs to be signed, release of information forms need to be signed, and a retainer needs to be sent. Adrienne will begin corresponding with the school and access to your child’s school records.

Adrienne will complete an IEP file review. From this point we will talk about different possible outcomes to reach the educational goal for your child.

Adrienne will continue to support families throughout the school year by attending IEP meetings, draft emails and letters, support and guide you with any questions. At times, Adrienne will file compliance and due process complaints.
